The jobs of the future are ready –
the question was: were South Australians?
South Australia’s job market was changing, with traditional industries wrapping up and new job areas beginning to grow.
As part of the State Budget, the Government announced several measures aimed at moving the workforce from old to new, and helping these future industries expand.
The agency was tasked with letting South Australians know that things were changing – and changing in a good way.
The campaign responded with a highly-functional campaign, conceived to convey a sense of optimism for a high-tech future and clearly introduce the modern industries that were reshaping the economy.
At the same time, adaptability was key – the campaign would be rolling out across a huge range of media at once for maximum awareness – from TV and outdoor through to event brochures and a highly reactive social media drive.
The highly integrated campaign was received well, and attendance at the event smashed all expectations.
Numbers exceeded every expectation at both Adelaide and rural events, drawing over 10,000 JOBEX attendees through the door – that’s over 10,000 South Australians engaging with and learning about the jobs and industries in this State that will shape its future, and theirs.
